My story

How did you get into health and wellness?

At Kasek Health, I believe health and wellness are deeply personal journeys, shaped by individual experiences and needs. Growing up as a soccer player and track runner, I developed a lifelong passion for nutrition and movement, inspired by my mother’s homemade cooking. My background as a nurse, graduating in 2019 and working five years in bedside care and the Float Pool, deepened my commitment to preventive medicine, especially after my 2023 Celiac Disease diagnosis.

My own health challenges—extreme bloating, candida overgrowth, gut dysbiosis, H. pylori, digestive issues, and mineral imbalances—led me to work with a functional practitioner. Through gut and hair mineral testing, targeted supplementation, and dietary changes, I healed my gut and balanced my minerals. This transformative experience taught me the power of listening to my body and addressing root causes. Healing required more than physical changes; it demanded stress management and a slower, more intentional lifestyle to support my nervous system. This insight shapes my holistic approach, where stress management is a cornerstone of well-being.

“As a nutritional health coach trained by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), I guide clients to enhance their health and wellness by discovering what uniquely suits them. My holistic approach integrates multiple aspects of life—nutrition, career, relationships, and physical activity—to foster comprehensive well-being. Embracing bio-individuality, I believe each person’s needs are distinct, and there’s no universal formula for health.”
